The courses to be opened within the scope of Turkish Language Training for Foreigners will take place at PECs and the locations determined by PECs in implementing cities (Adana, Bursa, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kilis, Konya, Mersin and Şanlıurfa) by qualified instructors assigned by PECs.
Language trainings will be given by using blended training methodology, including both in-class face-to-face training and online learning methods.
As the trainees will need to participate in the face-to-face trainings, they will also need to use mobile devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones.
Trainees will not need a continuous Internet connection to follow the lessons.
The courses will be opened according to the availability of the qualified instructors and the trainees, in accordance with the conditions of the PECs.
Courses will be planned by PECs. Each course is planned to be opened for a total of 10 weeks, 3 days a week and 3 hours a day.
Courses can be opened in the morning, afternoon and evening hours according to conditions of PECs.
Syrians under Temporary Protection
• with an ID number starting with 99
• who is literate
• in the 18-57 age range
may participate in courses.
For the hours they attended, the trainees will receive an allowance payment of 5TL, determined by the Ministry of National Education.
These payments will be made through KIZILAYKART.
The trainees who do not own a KIZILAYKART will be issued a card after they register for the course.
The progress of the trainees who are successful in the courses will be certified by PECs.
For the trainees to be considered successful, it is required to
• Participate in 80% of the courses;
• Complete the assignments given during the courses;
• Get the passing grade from the exam at the end of the course.
Successful trainees will have the right to attend the upper level courses offered by PECs according to its conditions.
The trainees who are considered unsuccessful will be able to re-enroll and follow the courses again.
However, they will not be able to receive allowance fees for their participation in these courses.
